Hi, I'm Coach Karlee! 
 

I believe your body was designed to move well. 

And sometimes, it just needs the right guidance to remember how.

Whether you’re an athlete chasing higher performance, navigating chronic pain, or simply wanting to feel strong and capable in your own body again, I will help you reclaim a your Primal foundation of movement.

 

My work isn’t about random workouts or chasing intensity. It’s about retraining natural movement patterns so your joints, muscles, and nervous system work together, not against each other.

Dear Athlete, 

One of my favorite truths to live by is: “Movement is medicine.”

 

Movement has always been a part of my story. Growing up in an active, competitive environment, I learned early on the value of hard work, resilience, and the joy that comes with pushing limits. But like many, I also faced the struggles that come with high training volumes and a lack of understanding about how the body truly works. Pain and injuries became recurring themes, and I knew something had to change.

 

That’s when I found my passion for natural movement. I discovered that by honoring the way the body is designed to move, through simple, foundational patterns like walking, resting, and running, I could rebuild strength, eliminate pain, and create lasting durability. This journey transformed my own life, and it’s the reason I’m so passionate about helping others.

 

As your coach, my mission is to empower you to take ownership of your movement, adapt to challenges, and build a body that supports your goals, whether they’re in sport, daily life, or both. We’ll work together to assess where you’re at, raise awareness of your movement patterns, and equip you with the tools to feel stronger, move better, and live with freedom.

 

Remember: not every day will be easy, but every day is a chance to show up. When you commit to your growth, invest in your longevity, and stay open to learning, you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve.
